ARANDA DE DUERO WILL BE PRESENT AT THE INTERIOR TOURISM FAIR (INTUR) IN VALLADOLID

From November 22 to 25, 2018 the XXIIª edition of the International Fair of Indoor Tourism (INTUR) is held in Valladolid. Más información aquí.

The City Council of Aranda de Duero will occupy this year a space of 16×4 m (64 m2) in Hall 4 under the slogan “365 days of continuous emotion”. A slogan that tries to influence the outstanding number of cultural, sports and social activities that take place in Aranda de Duero throughout the year and that are an incentive to visit the town: Sonorama-Ribera, Patron Saint Festival, Harvest Festival , Envero Awards, International Bands Contest, Junior Cycling Tour of Ribera del Duero, Cross of the Constitution, etc.

To make this tourist attraction visible, on Thursday November 22 a new version of the Aranda de Duero anthem that César Redondo has arranged will be presented and whose interpretation will be carried out by the musical group Maldito Reloj. This version of the Arandian anthem reflects the sensitivity of the town with the current music that has even led some media to classify Aranda as the Spanish capital of independent music.

 

In addition, throughout the Fair there will be different concerts by local musicians and folk and festive activities:

Sunday 25 from 5:00 p.m.: Association of Giants and Bigheads of Aranda .

 

The City Council of Aranda de Duero will also take advantage of the occasion to carry out a tapas tasting that will be run by the restaurant La Pícara gastroteca whose cook, Sandra Chicote, has designated her croquettes the best in Burgos. Also, wines from the Ribera del Duero and cheese made by producers from the region will be served.
